I REALLY LIKE THE IDEA OF THE TOTAL UNDER EACH MEAL... I was thinking about that yesterday!!! Great minds think alike...

Having a total under each meal section would be great! As well as having 2 snack sections. I am trying to eat 6 smaller meals through out the day at approx. 250cals each and having the tracker all ready laid out that way would help me a lot. Thanks!

If you click on Enter Today's Cardio and then onto Next Week, you'll be in the cardio section for the following week, although the "dot" will still be on Saturday. When you return to Goal Pilot, you will be on the page for next week [ignore the date at the top]. Click on the little white cross for Sunday's consumption and you can enter your food. If you find Saturday is showing the current day's food, just click on it and it will revert to 0.

You can enter any of your activities for the following week on this page.

I hope you can understand this. Goal Pilot changes at 4 p.m. local time for me so I experimented until I found a way round it.

Sounds like good ideas to me. Though if you turn the tracker into a meal planner, it would be nice to have the ability to plan out Sunday's meals on Saturday. Right now you can't go ahead into the next week to plan.

Those are really good ideas !! And your idea about seeing each meal by itself led me to maybe a countdown total ... like if you want to stay under 1500 calories, you can shoot for having your last meal be (1500 - whatever you've eaten so far). That would be great !!

Hello! I have a suggestion..I don't know about most people, but I usually need a mid-morning snack and a mid-afternoon snack. However, the food tracker only has one area for entering snack information. It would be great if one could choose when the snack was, such as "am" and "pm" or "morning" and "afternoon" or "midafternoon". I hate seeing so much food under snacks, before I even get to dinner!

Also, it would be nice to know how many calories each meal is on it's own, right underneath the category, instead of just the total for the day. This would give a person a quicker idea of how many calories to plan for the next meal, or to shoot for in each meal and snack.
