Hello Dru,
What does 50+ look like anyway? What does any age look like? One of the benefits of experience is being able to define ourselves as we like and not depend on an outside opinion to take that power.
Anyway welcome and congratulations on making the decision to become the healthiest version of whatever age you are.
There may be no choice about getting older but there is a choice about gaining weight

When I turned 50, for years ago I worked for a company called 1 800 Got Junk? I kept up with the guys (they were mosly in their 20's) We were doing a job at a plastic surgeons house. Ofcourse I was heavy then too, I challengeg him to guess my age. His wife was so sure he nail it. I turned 50 that day. He guessed 42 I had to show him my ID. I am hoping I'll be like my Grandmother, she was carded for senior (62) when she was 98. No lie. She was 4'11" and maybe 90 lbs.No gray, I'm not either if I keep up with the dye job. If I can get back to 110 to 120lbs I will be so happy. Maybe then my knees won't yell at me so much.
Music and Laughter Always Dru
