The most likely problem is that the emails are being blocked by the recipient's spam filters. One thing you could try to get around this problem is to send the invitations to yourself (put your own email address in the box), and then forward the message to your friends yourself.

| I have noticed that sometimes legitmate email messages sometimes go to peoples junk mail.

Hi, Valerie
I assume you're using our tell a friend by email program? I'm not sure, but it's possible they were delayed due to problems on the site the last few days related to the very high traffic we've had, but things are working much better now. Can you check with a few of those people tomorrow again and see if they still haven't recieved it? If they haven't, post here again or in the site/tech help forum, and we'll take a look and see what's going on.

I think I have a problem...
I am on many message boards and have shared a bit about spark people and asked those who might be interested in knowing more or checking SP out to email me their addresses...
SO I plug in their addy and I have typed up a message etc... signed my name etc... and they are NOT receiving the invites??????
Can someone help???
WHY??
I have referred about 15+ people so far....
I would like to get credit if they join SP otherwise I would just give them the website.....
