| I need all the motivation I can hear. I have started so many times in the last 2 years and I will do this. I want to be healthy and take care of myself. It will be great having friends like you to talk to. Thanks for being there!!

| I just want to encourage you to press in and do it! It's inspiring that you lost so much a few years ago and you should be a great help and encouragement to people here!

| I'm totally impressed that you lost 100 lbs! And, even though you gained 55 back, you still have a net loss of 45. I don't think I can even lose 20.

I am just taking myself one day at a time right now. I am trusting on God to get me through each day without chocolate and sugar at the moment. Go back to your motivation from the last time (wow - that was a lot to lose!) you lost weight - try that again and maybe add to it. Marilyn

| KSCHRAMM1, Hi, I am 50 and also need to lose 100 lbs. You did it once so you know you can I am still working on the first 4 coming off. I hope with this program the motivation is there. Everything makes sense here and I am trying to work on those habits. You have a goal so don't be sad and change your habits. Good luck.

| I'm 55 years young and have oiver 100 lbs. to lose. I'd like to lose it by mid '08, but not sure I can do it. I need a "little kick in the butt" to gain my motivation back; see, I lost 100 pounds a couple years ago and have regained 55 pounds back. It saddens me that I have to take it off again.
