| I noticed if you select the info icon next to the measurement goals it will tell you where to measure. The waist say at the belly button or the narrowest place. For me that's the biggest. Oh well. lol.

| I would like to know where exactly you are suppose to measure to get your waist and hip measurement. For the waist is it above or below the belly button? When I measure my hips it usually goes right through the middle of my pooch left from my two kids. Is this about the right placement. I've never had my measurements done professionally before so I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Does it even matter as long as you measure in the same place every week? Does anyone know?

| Yes, it seems to be pretty good. I was surprised at how much I could eat. I'm trying this on everyday regular foods. Normally I gained weight on 1,000 cal. Been told I didn't eat enough. Don't know how its going to go, but the first week eating more than normal and some sweets which I shouldn't. I lost two pounds. Don't know how long it'll lst. Making small changes, like more fiber etc. anyone ever heard of eating more and losing weight? I mean I have a tyroid problem since 20 yrs agon, so that is not in my favor!

Cherryrebel,
You can add that yourself, actually. Just click on "Change Measurement Goals" and then add a measurement. You can measure anything you want.
Good luck! :)
