| For now there will not be....those are pretty tough calculations/calories burned figures to determine.

|
| Will there be a way to track calories burned while weight lifting? For example, 3 sets of 12 curls of 50lbs = x calories burned?

| We don't discourage consecutive day strength training, as long as you're working different muscles. However, we don't recommend using our strength program consecutive days, because our program provides daily full body workouts.

| You can always add the strength training that you do. The site allows it, just doesn't recommend it at this time. I have done consecutive days a few times and gotten my points. I have found that I like to do it the way you described - upper body one day, lower the next, mixed in with shorter bursts of cardio on each day (about 15 mins.) I am glad to hear that there is a new option on the way!

| Our fitness section is currently geared more towards providing people our fitness recommendations, verses tracking what you do. However, we have an enhancement coming out sometime in the next month that will allow much more robust fitness tracking, including planning and tracking consecutive workout days.

One of the things that disappoints me most about the site is the no two-consecutive days of strength training. I know I prefer to do split routines (upper/lower body--- normally do core with the lower body--- saves time each day by spreading it out more (rather than an hour and a half every other day, just 45 minutes each day, for example)-- and makes it feel like I can concentrate on working the individual muscles longer.... the muscle groups still get the 48 hours of rest. A friend of mine decided not to use the site for this same feature (though maybe he'll come around when he sees the rest)
Why isn't this an option? I know some split routines are controversial as to their effectiveness, but from all I've read-- lower/upper splits are pretty standard accepted fare.
Thanks for any insight.
