| Hi Today is the 31st. Time for the New Year, new beginnings of new and better habits. Xmas was still the old habits that need changed. My problem is definitely the carbs - bad carbs. Hope the New Year brings everyone health and strength for what is needed. Happy New year to all.

Good Morning. I am not even worrying about the Holidays yet. I am just trying to get through the week. I have done good on my eating in range, but I just can't get motivated to do a decent workout. I always struggle with that, but it seems worse right now. Oh well, just have to keep on trying Diane

| Good morning. This is the first week I really started to eat as the menu suggests. Just sticking to it makes me feel hopeful. Who knows, the holidays may now be remembered as a good time of the year. I am actually looking forward to the holidays and taking care of my eating habits without feeling deprived. Happy holidays!!

Hi, One week in and 2 pounds gone. Week 2 starts today - so far all is good. Hope everyone has a good week. Xmas is getting closer. Guess this is part of getting ready.
