Hi Lany,

I understand that tired feeling, but I made a decision to do this, so I just fit it in where I can. My problem was fitting in exercise, so I get up at 4:50 a.m. or 5:00 a.m. to exercise on workdays, and do some my computer work at work (lucky that I have internet and a great boss) and some I do at home on weekends. Make time, you will be glad you did. It's worth it. Have fun.

Hi Lany,
You can do what I did and stay up until 11 pm creating a spark page! What fun! But I' dragging now. I am at work - And it is Friday. I like the Spark idea of just chosing 3 small goals for starters. Best of luck!

Hi everyone wishing you all a great day. Today is day 2 of Sparks for me. I'm amazed all this is free. The challenge is to find the time to input meals , read, exercise etc.. I work fulltime and I'm quite tired after work. I already gt up at 6am. Any suggestion? lany
