Hi Larry
Thanks for letting me know there are others out there that are experiencing the yo yo effect of weight loss and getting fit.
I moved into the 2nd stage of the program last week and it has definitely been an eye opener. My problem...portion sizes.
Well now that I'm measuring and documenting everything that I consume I know things will improve.
Congratulation on your present weight loss..great job. The yo yo weight loss/gain effect can be quite challenging to say the least.
Best of luck....
Lucy

Hi Lindy, I think it is always God's plan for us to be happy. Once we decide to do that - Everything is possilbe. I got married at age 45. I think the probability was greater for me to be killed in a terrorist attack, or be struck by lightening at than to get married at that age, but as they say, God moves in mysterious way. Very Msterious.
Happy Friday and keep dancing!

Huntress... good luck. I'll be pulling for you.
I too would enjoy finding a new someone in my life. But at my age (57) it doesn't appear to be in God's plan for me. However where there's life, there's hope!
Right now though I've got my hands full with working, getting fit and my passion -- dancing!

Good luck Huntress!!
AZET60 - I was headed down the same path of gaining back some of the weight I lost. I've started tracking calories/exercise again until I can get it under control.
