I do not live in Texas right now but as they say "You can take the girl out of Texas but you will never take Texas out of the girl". It will be home to me forever and I miss the people terribly. Texans are the best people on the planet!!!

Have a great day everyone.

I'm big and beautiful in San Antonio. I'm new to all this but I'm glad that I'm not dealing with my weight by myself.

I think Big and Texas just go together don't they? lol I live in central Texas about an hour from Waco.
Been doing this program since August and loving it. Feeling so much better since losing 29 lbs. Still got some to go but at least its working!
Good luck to you all!

Hi,
I Moved to Dallas from Michigan in Aug 2005. Then to Houston Jan 2006.
I've put on over 20 pounds in the last 1.5 yrs. I had open heart surgery in June 2006 and I have become very sedentary. I also took the RealAge test. Not Good!
I am chronilogically 51 but my real age is 68.7 Ouch.
I've decided to get my life back. I hope this will help.

I got bigger in Texas. I had lost weight just before moving to Houston but quickly gained it all and more. I do love it here in Houston but have to admit the River Walk in San Antonio is really nice.

I'm not from Texas, never been there, but I grew up in Winnemucca, Nevada - Do I get any points for that? I got way bigger when I moved to Portland, Oregon - I think I started sponging up the rain as well as the Ben & Jerry's - I'm on the path now, though. We had lentils for dinner last night - cooked in turkey broth with carrots & clerey & tarragon - Fantastic!!!

I'm a semi-healthy "over 50" in San Antonio, TX; anybody else out there that got "bigger in TX"?
