Hi NRSE

A failure you are not...to have lost 107 lbs is a great achievement. We have all at one time or another lost weight and then put it back on, why... I'll guess I've lost and gained the same 10 lbs a thousand times over.

Anyway you've come to the right place...I find after supper I get on the SP site and read the articles, recipes, posts and profiles and this has really helped me stay out of the fridge and cupboards.

I'll try to offer you as much support as I can as will others here.

You take care and best wishes on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Lucy

I start out in the morning eating healthy. Then by the evening I have fallen back into old habits. I lost 107 pounds 2 years ago and immediately gained it all back. I just can't seem to get myself back to that mind set. I have tried hypnosis, laser therapy and gone back to LA weight loss (where I lost all the weight in the beginning) All to no avail. What is wrong with me? I feel like a failure.
