I agree.
I am from Canada and have never heard of 3/4 of the stuff. I like the idea behind it though.

SQUIRRELLYPOO - you're right, it must be even worse for folks who live outside of the USA.

Even in the USA, it's obvious the places that are referred to are not on the west-coast. To be fair, there should be references to west-coast restaurants, such as Azteca Restaurant or Stanfords, etc - places I can relate to!

Yeah, I unsubscribed from the daily showdown a long time ago because they're so American-centric, it was completely irrelevant for me and other international users. Having broad, unbranded food comparisons would benefit everyone, including Americans who don't eat fast food!

Atlanta Bread Company? Panera Bread? Chick-fil-A? Bob Evans?

Where are these places? I've never heard of these restaurants? It seems quite a few of the showdowns compare items from restaurants that I've never even heard of.

I really do enjoy the daily showdowns - when I can apply them to something I know! It would be great if the showdowns can be about places that are nation-wide. I can relate to Burger King and Denny's. I can't relate to P.F. Chang's.

The recent one about macaroni vs. potato salad! That was a good one. Can't you do more like that? More generic, something that everyone can relate to.

Thanks for listening!
