To weigh or not has to be a personal decision and one must do what seems to work for oneself. How clothes fit and a tape measure are great tools, but I think the scale is very helpful also. To me I find not weighing (and I weigh every a.m. so I know how to plan) is comparable to writing out checks and never checking my balance. I guess if I had a young athlete's metabolism and Donald Trump's bank account both would work--but I don't-- so neither have worked.
I have also read advise from people who have lost and maintained that using the scale regularly is a vital part of thier sucess for maintaining their loss.

| The way clothes fit is certainly a way to show weight loss, but i feel that measuring inches and going on the scale holds you more accountable for the weight loss/gain. good luck!!
