Thanks for the suggestion. The topics that aren't posted to will drop down the list (not off the list entirely), but the most active threads should stay on the top of the forum, making them easier to find.

As Administrator of several teams, I would like the options of deleting subtopics that are no longer being used or unwanted.
We keep getting told that they can't be deleted. It would be nice to have that. There are some team subtopic areas that have so many topics and duplicates it is really silly to have that. We don't need 10 to10 NEW or HI ....give us the ability to delete.
If you don't do that, then make it so subtopics drop after 10 or 15 days to keep to one page. Most teams don't need more then that. People need to pay attention to the subtopics that are already up and see if they writing something that belongs in something that is already there.
It will help keep teams more organzied and will give us the chance to help people more if there are so many subtopics to watch all the time.
