I just started using mine the day before we were awarded points for it! Set up all my future strength/cardio days as repeat events, too!

Slightly annoying!Lol!

I have to admit that I didn't use the planner until we started getting a sparkpoint for it. Now I think it is a really great tool for scheduling weigh-ins and keeping track of challenges. I thought it was great to have points available at all! I just use it for SP information right now, but I can see how it can be addicting and some would wish for more points. However, I am fine with how it is. I can see how points for journal entries could get difficult, bc some people journal or blog more than once a day, and they would need a limit similar to the 15 a day for post limit.
Anyway, I wanted to thank SP for offering points for using the planner, because otherwise I would not have realized what a great tool it is!

I love to schedule with the planner. I schedule weigh-ins with each of my challenges and then send myself an email reminder to weigh-in and report on the correct day. No excuse for forgetting to report.

Great Ideas!!! I bet they would be used more if we got points!!!!

Here's another idea... I don't often schedule appointments, but it'd be nice to get the SparkPoints for adding an entry to our journal since it's on the same page as appointments.

Thanks,
Janet

And another suggestion (or maybe it already exists but I can't find it?) - please allow the user to specify the timezone, otherwise the email appointment reminder is pretty useless ;)

Firstly I'd like to say GREAT IDEA!

Next is a suggestion...

I see the max is 1 point a day and I don't know if this is enough. Maybe Sparks could max it out at 3 or 5?

Reason being, we are busy busy people and I'm sometimes scheduling 2 or 3 appointments in one day for the following week.

I'd be more inclined to use the Planner if I was able to fully benefit from it, with the SparksPoints.

Anyway, just my 2 cents.
