Sounds like you are on the right track. Patience and perseverance are part of this new lifestyle as is consistency. We learn, make better choices and pretty soon the good choices become habits. Keep up the good work!

My weight is charting above my weight plan meaning I havent lost the right amount of weight to stay on plan. I have been pretty good with eating the right balanced daily intake - but have gone a little over the calorie range a few times. I know the problem is my exercising or lack of the right amount. The tools on this site are so incredible that you can really see the "evil of your ways" so you know exactly what you're doing wrong or not doing and you can take corrective action. My loss plan is reasonable and I should be charting the right loss............... time to get into gear, get serious and make the changes required to get on plan. I even figured out some routines for strength training which is another thing I didnt even know how to do. It is so a lifestyle change and not a magic diet or workout piece of equipment. 'I'm psyched !
