has anyone tried this new franchise program? Inches Aweigh is like a Curves - generally located in a stripmall - and you the have a series of pieces of equipment that you go through. The difference is you literally are lying on these pieces of equip and they are moving you - and they call that exercise.
They have nutrition counselors and I saw a rower, a treadmill in the back - but NO ONE was going to break a sweat in this place. You lay on the machine and you are WORKED OUT.

It was so funny ----------- I'm over 50 but at any age who in their right mind would think that could bring results? If you dont want to work out - save the $65 per month --------- ( yes it wasnt cheap) and lay on your sofa and watch tv.

It was too too funny !
