IMHO it is very important to decide what it is you want in your life so you have goal/s to be motivated towards achieving. Do you want to be fit and healthy? Do you want to be able to look good in your clothes? Have stamina and energy? I believe if we do not fill in the blank of what we want we will not change.

You will get there. Keep trying. We all have slow days, even weeks. Drinking the water is a geat start. Maybe you can try to add something new every souple days to get the momentum going. We are all here to help one another.

Drank 32oz. of water today, can't seem to get motivated.
