Hi Brownie,
So your up early drinking coffee?? I usually drink lots of coffee. This week I am doing a detox and that means no coffee, it sure does make one realize what coffee does to you. No doubt I will be back drinking coffee next week, but good to get it out of my system if only briefly.
On my way to the pool. Wednesday is pool day. My Mother has a class and I do a class at the other end of the pool. Then she sits in the hot tub and I steam. Love my steam.

Thanksgiving day today for us Canadians. The "pumkin" pie is calling!! I will answer the call this afternoon. Already have the pie on my tracker.
Was very cold over-night, just about to frost I should think, but the sun is warming things up and it looks like another glorious fall day.

Read on your message that you have grandchildren this week-end and are making costumes. That must be fun. My grand kids have been home the last two week-ends as their other grandparents are visiting. They will be back next week-end, I was glad for the break but am ready for them to come back.

Glad the tooth extraction went well.
It is very cool this morning, the last of my flowers look like they got hit by frost. Today will finish off the re-decorating of my spare room. It has been a fun project as the grand kids use it the most, so it is geared toward them.

Hi Brownie,
Good luck with getting that tooth pulled. Take it easy today and you will be as right as rain tomorrow.
I am working inside cleaning this morning, will go for a walk about noon, but on Wednesday I have an aerobic dance class at 5p.m. The class is lots of fun, but very hard work.
Good luck with your tooth, have as good a day as possible with that happening.

Good Morning Brownie,
I am very sorry about your Mother getting Alzheimer's. The physical realities of ageing are hard enough but when mental slippage is added to the package it really puts that person on over-load and the family with them.
My Mother wanted her affairs in order last winter and we finally had that long talk and I think I know what she whats to happen if she can not decide, but it will be hard to be the total "decider" for a parent.
It must have been a tough day, but the best thing we can ever do for another is to take care of are selves, eat healthy, get exercise, so we can be with them when they need us.

| i took my mom to 2 dr. appts. she has start of alzheimers. so getting everything in order! was a tough day!!

Hi Brownie,
Had a very busy day today, took my Mother (84) to buy a new chair. She has a hard time believing she is worth the price of a chair. I should get more points for this than 4 hours of cardio. Got her a nice little chair and hopefully she will be comfortable in it for years.

I finished my fall yard work!! It looks so nice out there, hated to come in but I tracked some dirt on the carpet so must vacuum before I can say I'm done.
