Thanks Jewell. After a rest my leg was much better, didn't need the support bandage afterall. But am very much aware that I shouldn't exercise in bare feet. So I learned my lesson.

Yesterday I did some stretch and crunch exercises but it still hurt my leg. I was determined not to give up. This morning I went to the Chemist and bought a support bandage. I will do my best on Monday. I felt as if I was already going to fat just because of my stupid leg!!! Thanks for your support.

Marie, Hope you feel better soon. I know it's a pain in the butt when you can't excerise like you want to.

Hi everyone, just to warn you not to over do it when exercising. I went a bit mad this week and have strained my shin bone. Make sure you are careful when exercising.
