Regarding printing without a printer:

If you are using Microsoft there is the 'Mircosoft Office Document Image Writer' that you can use, and then just save that page on your computer. This is what I do.

I love the pedometer step tracking. I do hope that can get incorporated somehow

Great topic! I agree that being able to track pedometer steps as a goal would be great. Hmmm, perhaps I could list it as a goal and earn a check when I go over 10,000 steps. . . hmmmm. Although, it would be nice to be able to see a pretty graph too!

And. . . I have an (admittedly low-tech) solution to the desire to journal on the food and fitness tracking pages. Each week I print out the cardio and nutrition reports. I hole-punch them and put them in a beautiful binder that I put together for that purpose. (LOVE clipart!) I've got a section for each type of report, as well as a section for recipies I've used. This not only helps give me a place to do the journaling that I like, but it's also a great reference and lets me see how well I'm doing.

The doctor was REALLY impressed when I pulled out the binder at my yearly! Whoo Hoo!!

Just a thought!

So many of us use pedometers i'd love the fitness page to include a daily/weekly tally for it; no cardio minutes, just a tally (and maybe SparkPoints for over so many a day or week)

Use foods saved in my favorites when putting my own recipes in. I often cook with some of the same foods that I eat. :)

I like the idea about the notes on the Fitness page. I need to get back on track with my tracking to think of other things I'd like to see

I agree with you about notes on your tracking pages. it would give us something to reference to when trying to figure out where we need to make adjustments and why when we review.

1. Add notes / journal on the nutrition and fitness logs

2. Star specific days within my nutrition and fitness logs for easy refference down the road

3. Print out my logs (lol, I know that this is already a feature - alas I have no printer )
