OK you over 70 crowd! There is a message board topic about drinking the 8 glasses of water a day. I can certainly see the advantages of doing this BUT if I do drink even a lot of water for me a day I have a BIG problem at night. I can't imagine that there are not others in this group with the same problem. My Dr. told me I need to do 1000 Kegles every day to strengthen my Sphincter muscles but I can't remember to do that and it would take all day besides. My friend my age keeps a towel by the bed and so do I for emergencies. Any way, any suggestions and do you all drink your 8 a day? Marilyn
