You could try a heart rate monitor that tells you how many calories you burned based on your heart rate and amount of time you were at that heart rate. They sell a wrist watch like this a Kmart. Also most cardio equipment at the gums ask you your weight and factor that in when your calories are added up. Hope that helps some. Otherwise I don't know the math. Maybe someone else does.
