| Another hot one here today. Upper 90's but with the humidity it will feel like 106 degrees! They predict a break in the weather for Friday. I can't wait.

| After quite a few hot days we have a cool down today with the high predicted to be 79 degrees which is most agreeable with our dry climate. For me it says perfect convertible weather for my lunch date downtown.

It was so hot this morning that I didn't go to the Gym. I'll Do some Pilates when I get home this evening. I am really missing being able to cook on the grill. It's too hot to go outside.
