I agree too
most of the menus are ones i did not like or could not make for whole family i try to make meals for everyone not seperatly and maybe if it could help with schedules for the snacks they suggested i couldnt eat unless i am seated and we only get two breaks. my first one isnt til 9am

i agree there shoudl be a list of food that we can eliminate and even on dairy for us addicts who are trying to cut back a low dairy and a low carb option. i need both!!!

...even a sort of generic "allergen-free" option, excluding dairy, nuts, and other commone allergens would be better than nothing.

I think a no dairy option would be great... now more than ever... people are either milk intolerant and more serious:dairy allergic!

I mean, there is a "no tofu" option, but there is not a "no dairy" option. Just seems a bit odd to me.

I agree about what you commented about the daily meal planner...just today I tried to find a substitute for "Feta Cheese", and every option offered contained dairy. Quite discouraging.

Ohhh how I wish I did not like peanut butter. Once I tried to convince myself that I was allergic to it, so I would not have to face one of my vices. :X

Needless to say, that didn't last long.

That would be great to put in the foods that we do not like, and then our diets around what we eat.
My diet plan has Peanut Butter somewhere almost daily, I do not like it, or the smell of it.
Am I the only one?

I think it would be good if we could eliminate the foods that we don't eat or can't eat and then have the daily planner figure our meals. Some people are allergic to certain foods and others have had a bad experience or they just don't like the taste. I think that would give more people the opportunity to be more successful in their adventure to lose weight.

It is so hard for people who can't have certain foods to find a meal plan. Like, No Dairy, or for me, No Wheat (or No Gluten)
I know it would probably cause a lot of work, but it would be great if we could pick certain things to be eliminated.
Also, the meal plan doesn't have enough choices in it.
For example, there isn't a breakfast on mine that doesn't revolve around carbs. (even if I substitute a non-wheat alternative, I'd like to have more protein some mornings.

thank you
wendy

I would love, love to see a "No Dairy" option listed as a checkbox on the meal planner option.
