Click on the SparkPoints tab, on the upper left area is a link for SparkPoint Settings. Click it and there is a check box to display sparkpoints.

| I have joined a couple of groups since I have been with SP they never showed up on my SP points what am I doing wrong? Can you tell me?

| You should be able to... I've amended my food entries for July 31st, etc. but the same rules apply for those points... some of them are "you only receive points on that day" like readin articles and some points you can get in advance or update previous trackers

| Try it and see. I believe you can because you can go back and post food, cardio and exercise.

| Can you amend previous months point totals or once it has passed have you lost the opportunity for points? I have just been putting down glasses of water towards my total, but just learned you can also include skim milk and real fruit drinks towards this total. Thanks.

No no, go to your home, click on SparkPoints at the top. Where you see SparkPoints for: at the top, click on the calendar and go back and click on June 30th to get the total for June, 31st of May for May, etc.

| that didn't work for me. I am confused. How do I find the calendar?

| If you go to your home page and then click on sparkpoints, you will see a calendar on that page that you can click on and go back a month (or to whatever month you want.) If you choose the last day of that month, the page comes up and shows you your SparkPoints for that month. I just tried it and went back to June 30th and it told me I had 1068 points for June. Good luck!

| I'd like to be able to see how many points I accrued in previous individual months. This would give me an idea of if I have slacked off in certain months.
