Good morning,
I am hoping that the weather is cooler where you live than here in southern Virginia.
So far its been a good week. I am trying to break this 153 weight. I have been stuck here for awhile.

| hi Elaine, I'm lucky I guess, I have a pool at home and don't have to leave home. at my age if I had to go to a gym I don't think I would get out to much. good luck to you, and keep in touch. Nellene

I am amazed every day at all the help one can get at SP. If you have a question SP has the answer. You came to the right place to make weight changes. I am even going back to the gym.

| hi again,Lindard,Elaine,Deanma, yes I'm a red hat lady and love it. I've been one for 3 years.. I'm 65 and 80+ lbs over weigh and have been trying to make some change's in my life in the last 3 yaers. I have lot of wonderfull friends, but never to many. I live in Jacksonville, FL.. I think I will like this too. I was not even sure I had left a message. again thank you for replying, Nellene
