Hi Shalene!
Thanks for the feedback. Minutes is just a more "even playing field" for everyone, since some people can't work at a high intensity, but do lots of activity. So we just like to make it fair for everyone, regardless of your fitness level.

Hi, I was just wondering why we can earn SparkPoints for minutes we do cardio but the amount of calories we burn isnt in the equation. Sometimes i do over an hour of walking/low calorie burning cardio and get rewarded with 12 sparkpoints, then on days i do high calorie burning exercising and burn twice as many calories in less than half the time, but dont get rewarded as much as doing low calories.
Im not complaining at all, please dont think that, i was just wondering if perhaps the calories burned in a day should be considered as a 'sparkpoints reward'
