Hi Caroline - our group is under the message 50+/50+ in the Getting Fit Over 50 group. To add the ticker, you go to your spark account/ or sparkpage and edit it - it's a great thing to watch, isn't it? Hi Caroline - why don't you join our 50+/50+ group? We're trying to walk 50 miles this month - some of us are on the treadmills, some just walking - it's a great group! Happy 4th - I love shrimp, crab, lobster - all of that! and they show up on my salads more and more. Good luck this week - LindaK

I'm over 50 -- 55 to be exact and trying to get fit - I have already lost a stone in weight (14 pounds) and decided to be a vegetarian for the summer and see how that goes! I still eat shrimp, crab (hey - I live in Maryland - I have to eat crab), and fish but I have a big garden, too and really love fruit and veggies and just got tired of eating meat. I'm single and love it - I have 3 beagles and a horse, and a swimming pool which I'm using for water jogging and water yoga every day.....I weight 252 and want to get down to 187. How are you all doing? I loved that Andy Rooney piece -- that's just how I feel - I love being independent and doing my own thing all the time. I have 2 grown sons, 30 and 32. - -Caroline in Maryland
