July's goal for me is to tighten up and loose 10 pounds if possible. Had a diabetic med change so should be able to get better weight loss now that I am not hitting bottom so often.

Hi all - can't believe I'm almost to my one month restart anniversary w/ SP. Becoming public with goals has helped me professionally, so here goes with my plan for July and SP. 1. Continue strength training 3x per week (not my favorite thing, but it's getting easier and at least I'm not coming up with excuses not to do it) - add either resistance band or ball to routines 2. Jump rope for more than 5 minutes 3. Walk my 50 miles (we have a challenge going on here...) 4. Continue to find recipes and food choices that will work when the school year starts again for me 5. Continue to use crafts as a means of personal satisfaction and keep myself from feeding my face at night 6. Lose 10# or about 2# per week 7. Practice meditation or yoga 1x per week - I need to find more ways to de-stress 8. Be ready to move to phase 3 at then end of July - woo woo! 9. Get great results from the next round of blood work (cholesterol is an issue - let's see what losing 10+ pounds and increasing daily cardio does for me) 10. Do an average of 45 minutes cardio each day
Sounds like a lot, but June has been so good for me that I can't help but believe that July will be, too.
Good luck, everyone on your personal goals - may the spark be with you! LindaK
