Thank you for the reply, your dr. should give you your numbers, at least for your own knowledge.
Exercise is my biggest problem, I have almost every piece of equipment known. Stationary bike, ET, been using my big ball lately and have really been feeling it. I have Pilates and yoga tapes out the kazoo, just seem to buy them thinking that will work.. Am glad I am not alone, but what will get us motivated to exercise. I have all the best intentions in the world, but no results.
Any ideas????
Lynn

I'm hypo also. I need to be rechecked. I've never been given my results, just a new prescription when I needed it. Exercise is my biggest problem also. I have a hard time getting off my butt.

Welcome Lynn,

I just searched "Thyroid" by typing it in above right white search box and there were over 50 threads on the subject....you are not alone in this challenge. Best of success to you.

Good Morning

I am 52 and trying my hardest to lose weight, I want to go from 208 to 140. Actually started at 215 and have dropped that very small amount of weight since Jan. :( My problem is not my eating it is my exercising and my thryoid. Am on meds, however, need to get back in to get my thryoid re-checked. Last time it was 60.7, hypo..
I am looking for a group of peers, ladies that can help with motivation and challenges.
Hope you hear from someone.
Thank you,
Lynn
