I live in Arvada and my naturopath wellness provider is in Longmont. We love going to Boyd Lake where I row around in my one person watercraft for hours. We are blessed to live in this state.
I agree on finding other nurturing for center focus.

| I am indeed. I live in Fort Collins and work in Longmont. I actually like support but I don't want food to become the center of my world. So, the alone stuff works for me.

I enjoy my own company too. My walks are with my dogs and a great time to connect to nature and sort out and calm my soul. It is lovely to have this community and site to check in with for achievements and tracking.
Are you from Colorado too? Maybe it is in the beautiful blue sky air here.

| Any other loners here? I like this site as I get to meet other people and read alot of success stories. But....mostly I like the high tech calculations. I don't want to exercise with a friend, or plan my meals with a friend, or any of that. This is my road and I kind of like being on it alone. Any other crazy people like me?????
