Motivation comes in all forms and sizes! Here, in this community it is the form of support. There are a thousand sparkies that have tried to fit a size 16 into a size 10 outfit. All it takes is a little time and effort. Joining spark people was one of the best decisions of your life. It sure has been for me! DennyB

| in this case it really is the journey, not the destination, that counts! I set my goal for a year because I was soooo afraid I'd be disappointed and give up if I didn't meet in when I wanted to. since my hope is to lose 25-30 lbs, my loss is in ounces most of the time, but I'll just keep plugging along

| I know that was a good feeling. I got in a smaller size but not the size 10. I am walking and eating like I should I will get there sooner or later.I have 3 months to my goal and I don't think I will be there. I am going to hang in there until I get there.

| DOMINIQUE! I'm so glad you've joined us at Spark! you'll always find someone to help keep you motivated and up-beat. and I know what you mean..it's nice for your hubby to notice the weight loss but it's even nicer if others so...especially when they know how hard you're trying. I've been here since February and have lost about 15 lbs....my size 16 butt can almost fit into a 12 again...THERE IS HOPE!!!

I really feel good about now for people that I do not even know to make me feel so good about my weigh. My husband tell me all the time that I am losing weigh, it is not the same. My husband is also the one that said that I did not need to lose any weigh. I knew it was time when I tried to fit a size 16 into some size 10 jeans. If wondering what happen other then they they didn't fit this is where Sparkpeople came in.
I want to thank all of my spark family for the support.
