lol....I know, I always say that I'm going to plan the menu and get everything that I need when I go to the store...well, you know how that goes! lolol...I never seen to get what I exactly need, I buy fruit, veggies, etc, but unless I write down everything exactly as it is in the menu I never have it, plus there are alot of things that I can't eat so that is another thing that makes it hard to follow menus exactly as they are, but I am trying really hard. Hope that it gets easier for you also!

Thanks, glad to know I'm not the only one with a non standard schdule. I'm doing about the same things as you, for now. Maybe as I go along I can plan the meals and have more of what I need "on hand".

Hi, welcome! I just started here 2 weeks ago today. I also have trouble eating breakfast, especially early in the morning because I'm never up that early. I usually wind up eating "breakfast" around lunch, lunch around 2-3pm, small snacks during the afternoon and then dinner around 7:30 when my husband gets up (he works nights) Alot of time I never have what is on the "menu" here so I try to eat what I have around the house but is also good for me and within my limits. I feel that I am doing alot better being on this site then trying to do it by myself. I am now watching what I eat, doing my exercises and even though I haven't lost anything (according to my "dum" scale that is) I do feel alot better. I hope that you will stay with us and give it a chance, and good luck with your goal.

I just found this group yesterday and it sounds promising. Just having trouble getting started. The meals look oaky but are different from what I usally eat. I know it is good to eat breakfast but I just don't take the time.
