Try to plan the weekend....make healthy recipes using Spark recipes. If you go to a barbeque bring a veggie tray or turkey burgers etc. Make one of the Spark deserts. You can do it. IF YOU FAIL TO PLAN...YOU PLAN TO FAIL. That helps me ...planning. Hugsss Have a safe and fun holiday. I have to careful with all the family events myself.
