I use the dash spices, for many years. I am guilty of eating to much salt, throw other foods. I have to stop that, knowing full well that I have high blood presure, and eat salty food any way. Because I like it. I do try to limit it. Going to have to get back to being stricker about what I eat and drink, period. Aunt Bee /Brenda

| You may get more answers to your question if you post it in the nutrition section. Basically, I'd just choose the option of entering my own choices on the tracker. You can follow the principles of the DASH diet without using the DASH sample meal plan. Just make sure you include the recommended numbers of servings of non-fat dairy, fruits and vegetables, etc. All of the information can be found on the government DASH website. http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/public/heart/hbp/dash/

| I read the Dash Diet and want to change my plan and use Dash as my meal planner. How do I put that on the spark meal planner?
