| Walked the dogs as always, they never let me forget that it is a good thing. Today our awesome walk amid the flowers and greenery took a mere 67 minutes for 5 miles.

| The Exercise of the Day is a bummer - I'm talking about the Biceps and Shoulder Stretch. When I lock my hands behind me and try to raise them, they only go about 5 inches. Maybe this can be one of my goals to get my arms as high as the demonstrator in the video does!

| Took an hour brisk walk with my two dogs along our well worn route with beautiful views of the Mountains and the City skyline.

| Too much shopping today! But squeezed in 30 minutes step aerobics this evening.

Went to gym first thing.. Strength & Cardio & stretching for about 1 1/4 hours. Then Yard woork, raked and bagged for about 4 hours.
All undone by Chinese food for lunch.

| I love the recumbent bike, I use that at the gym. Exercising and reading too. It doesn't get any better than that.

| 25 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the exercise bike, ab machine (3 reps of 12) and my 4 pieces of lower body strength training (3 reps of 12) on each. Whew!!!!
