Walked the dogs as always, they never let me forget that it is a good thing. Today our awesome walk amid the flowers and greenery took a mere 67 minutes for 5 miles.

The Exercise of the Day is a bummer - I'm talking about the Biceps and Shoulder Stretch. When I lock my hands behind me and try to raise them, they only go about 5 inches. Maybe this can be one of my goals to get my arms as high as the demonstrator in the video does!

I love the recumbent bike, I use that at the gym. Exercising and reading too. It doesn't get any better than that.

25 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the exercise bike, ab machine (3 reps of 12) and my 4 pieces of lower body strength training (3 reps of 12) on each. Whew!!!!
