Is there an issue with Hotmail too? I haven't received anything for at least a week. I was receiving all of the emails for awhile, but now there's nothing.
They are not in my junk mail folder either... ???

The problem is that Yahoo is blocking our emails, so we are working with them to fix the problem.

I was getting all the newsletters and notices to posts, up till April 28! Now I recieve nothing! I am with Yahoo and your address is in my book,I enabled my cookies!
I get other emails that there is 1 to 20 a day with no problem!
I hope you can figure out what is wrong or at least post the newsletters on the website!

| I am having the same problem. I only joined a couple of weeks ago and signed up for the recipe of the day. They came the first three days but that's been it so far, and the last two were the same recipe.

Coach Jen--Here's an interesting aside: since I submitted my "whitelist" request, now I started getting all that "real spam", you know, the odd titled, poorly spelled investment requests, etc. The ISP assures me that the 2 events are totally unrelated. So, I send the spam back to their security desk as directed, and enjoy my Sparks emails! It was still worth it!

Thanks for checking into it. I have a feeling you're right about the increased emails being suspicious to them. We'll contact them from our end too and see if there's anything we can do.

Thanks, Coach Jen! I just IMed my ISP and found out that they can block emails they "feel are not in the best interest of their customers" even if the sender is in my addy book. Interesting, huh???? Maybe the volume and/or frequency raised eyebrows? I need to go to their site and fill out a "whitelist request form", and they'll "research" your site and see if it's legit, and then open it up, hopefully for all their subscribers. Anyway, I hope this helps us all.

Ax,
First make sure they aren't getting caught in your junk mail or spam filter on your computer. We've had a few other complaints from people in the same situation, and I've noticed that you all have the same Internet provider. So you also might want to check with them to make sure they aren't blocking our emails.

HI, Everyone! About a week ago, a new "thing" was launched where we got emails focusing on exercises, certain articles, quote of the week, etc. Seems like I got one or two a day, but now, none. Did any more come out, or am I just not getting them? They were really helpful, especially the links for the site that "reminded" me to go there to log my stuff.
Whenever they come, I'm happy to get them! Maybe I'm just inpatient......
