If you go to My Home, on the top left is a link to create your SparkPage. Anyone can make one.

Is it possible to link favorite artciles found on Spark to your individual spark page? For example, I may want to follow one of the programs outlined in a fitness article, if I could easily link that article to my page , it would be much easier to use and get the demos rather than looking for it each time I want to use it. Also, this would let others find articles each member of spark finds of particular interest.
