10
Stayed on track and ate abalanced meal.
| Still on track and gave away chocolate eggs I was given yesterday. 10 today.

In the chance that it is 1-10 from good to bad as far as eatin too much. I would say a 5. I did not have the usual Easter meal either. This was the first year I did not have either of my parents come with me to see my grandparents. However, I had a great time and did not eat too much, but at the same time I did not do all of my exercises that weekend that I should have so I would rate it a 5!

Depends is it 1-10, bad food - good food - taste wise - then it's a 10!
If it's 1-10 bad food -good food, health wise - then it's a 2!
my in-laws have a tradition called "second dessert" it involves cheesecake - you don't want to know the rest!

| 8 I cooked all of the usual but I still counted everything and still stayed within my means. I didn't have any of the deserts. After dinner I immediately started cleaning up the kitchen to keep my body moving to work off some of the calories. Trust me when you are cleaning a kitchen you burn calories.

| 9! We didn't cook the usual Easter dinner as we have done in the past. It was kind of a relief to not have to worry about company. We stayed home, relaxed and treated like a normal weekend.
| 1 I ate chocolate, hot crossbuns and drank the wine. I loved every minute of it and the only reason I didn't put zero is because I didn't eat the leftovers my kids left behind. But give me 10 today because I'm right back on track again.

| 9... and I'm totally proud of myself for resisting the pies Sunday night. I actually did allow myself to have the tiniest sliver, and I think I enjoyed it more than I would have my normal LARGE piece. :D

| Ok, I gave myself a 9 for Easter, but now two days later I find myself eating jelly beans.....yikes!
| 7. An 8 hr drive with a basketful of Easter candy from your parents is never a good thing! (but I think I resisted pretty well, and only ate two Hershey's miniatures!)

I will see that *8* and raise you *2*, Southern Comfort was the downfall!
| I would give myself an 8 - only "bad" stuff was the 2 glasses of wine.
| I'd say an 8 -- I tried to eat small portions of everything, including cake (Sat.) and pie (Sun.)
| I treated myself and indulged.. and i dont feel guilty, today i went back to the healty habits
I ate healthy and... the only sweet I ate was a half of a peep. ;) t'was a pretty good day.
| 9. I stayed within my calorie range but didn't exercise.
