Would like to convert the % to actual mg, IUs, etc. Is that a possibility with SP software? And where are the actual number amounts for RDA, DV, etc on this site? I've found some for iron and calcium on those reference pages but would like to find the most updated list(government changes them from time to time) in one place on this site. Thanks

We list nutrients the same way as they are listed in food labels. Some, like fat, are listed in grams....while some, like calcium, are listed as % RDA, or the % of the Recommended Daily Allowance for someone on a 2,000 calorie diet. We list this way to make it easier to compare our site's data to what you find on most food labels. Hope this helps!

This is a very good question :-) I'd like to know also.

When tracking nutrients: the ranges given do not represent a value... For example, the range for a vitamin might say 100-500, but it doesn't specify OF WHAT. Is that the percentage of the DV, the number of grams, micrograms... you get the picture.
