Thank you and hopefully this will be easier soon. I'll figure this out before long.

Thanks again,
Beth

You can do that on SparkPeople (although it's a bit buried). You can:

- go to your Nutrition/Meal Planner page
- click Add a Food button on upper left of the page
- click Food Groupings, and the the button to Add a New Food Grouping
- search for, find, and add each item in your recipe. Note, you'll want to enter nutritional information for 1 serving. So if the recipe calls for 1 pound of ground turkey and yields 4 servings, you'd enter .25 pounds of ground turkey.
- as you total the foods, you'll see a running total of the calories, carbs, fat, and protein
- you can also add that food as one you've eaten today to see the nutritional values

As a side note, we're looking into ways to create an easier way to calculate recipes. Thanks for writing!

Please forgive me if this is already available and I just haven't found it yet.

I'm trying to figure out how to input a recipe and get the per serving breakdown. I haven't figured out how to do that. Is there a feature that can convert recipe ingredients into information we can use in our tracker?

Thanks so much,

Beth
