You can do that on SparkPeople (although it's a bit buried). You can:
- go to your Nutrition/Meal Planner page - click Add a Food button on upper left of the page - click Food Groupings, and the the button to Add a New Food Grouping - search for, find, and add each item in your recipe. Note, you'll want to enter nutritional information for 1 serving. So if the recipe calls for 1 pound of ground turkey and yields 4 servings, you'd enter .25 pounds of ground turkey. - as you total the foods, you'll see a running total of the calories, carbs, fat, and protein - you can also add that food as one you've eaten today to see the nutritional values
