| I got his tape and it is OK, but not as good as another one that I got called armchair aerobics. Richard changes quickly from one exercise to another and I seem to be a step behind all the time. The other DVD she has you do about 8 of the same movements so you get the hang of it. There is always a way to get around a problem and being in a wheelchair is just a problem. You live with the hand you are dealt. Gloria

| You have done wonderful to have lost 137 lbs. WOW I am impressed. I have found several DVD's for exercises while sitting in a chair so I am using those and watching my calorie intake to about 1000 to 1100 per day. Thanks for the encouragement. Gloria

| I am 57 years old and have been in a wheelchair since the age of 2 due to polio. I was wondering if there are others on Sparkpeople who are also in a wheelchair and how they are losing their weight. In mid January I weighed 147 and on Mar 25 I weighed 135. This is a slow process for me but am determined to lose 10 to 20 more lbs. This website has helped so much with keeping track of calories and how many calories I use up with limited mobility. Gloria
