Anything new with this?
I've just joined SparkPeople and got sick the next day! So my exercise goals are shot because I haven't been able to exercise. I've tracked my nutrition, because if you're still eating you can track it, but I wonder what it is doing to my other stats.

| I love this idea. In the past month since I have started SparkPeople again I have had two eye surgeries. I would have loved a sick day that would have saved me some hassle!!! and make me feel less guilty about not writing on that day.

| Also, (I have just gotten over some horrible virus) a list of things that you can eat when you are sick-bland things, cold things for the throat, etc. would be really appreciated.

Hi Linda
Those are both good suggestions, I'll talk to the team about them! (the emoticon would be easier than the sick day project, but we'll talk about both).
Thanks!

There are days, or in my case 2 weeks now, where I have been too sick to eat much or bother weighing myself, or measure, and of course no exercise.
We need a button that says SICK DAY so we can click on it to indicate that we aren't skipping our meal tracking or neglecting our fitness routine. It would be nice if it put an S all down the meal tracking page and on the fitness too. I just got my email notification that I hadn't recorded all my SP goals for the week. That is what made me think of it.
Oh and we need an emoticon blowing their nose or coughing.
What do you think?
Linda
