Happy Birthday! Wishing you many, many more. Those 8 numbers were always the hardest for me because it was getting so close to the big 0's. By the time I got to the 0's I was already used to the idea.

The younger ones are allways celabrating with cake! the last birthday I had the cake had so many candles on it,I got a ticket from the Fire Marshall,we are in a burn band here in Oklahom.HAPPY Birthday to you

I wish we had a Senior Gym--that sounds ideal!!! A Retirement complex near here has a Y-- but it's open to all, and a twenty minute drive-- I would spend the $$$ and never go!!

| Over 50 --sure thing! and getting better! I discovered this just about a week ago -- I hope that between here and going to the local Senior YMCA (it is cheaper and has what my husband and I need and besides We aren't ready for that Spandex crowd --LOL!) that I can pull it all together and drop some weight.
