| My hair use to be brown, now it's brown with lots of gray. As a young friend of mine, 8 years old, told me once "it's salt and pepper". For the last several years I have had it in a layed bobbed cut. The length is just below my jaw line. It's a style that is easy for me to take care of, just blow dry using a round brush and away I go.

| I have the same short hair style for the last 8 yrs at least. Its gray but every once in awhile, I color it just enough to color the gray.

My hair is just below my ears. My daughter is a hairdresser, and has it in one of the new styles. Dark underneath with blonde highlights or chunks on top. I am a natural curly, but I love straight flowing hair. So we blow dry it straight, and it flows. My sister is such a critic. She says straight hair pulls your face down, and makes one look older. I just feel if this is what I want, I should wear it. Your face is your face. If it's going to fall, it's going to fall. I just have to smile a little bit more. So yes, I'm gradually going towards the blonde for my older years, when I get there. LOL! I am 60. My mother never had a grey hair, she died at 69. Blou

My hair has silver threads among the gold.
Thus the nick name, TheSilverLady ... guess I could have called myself SilverThreadsAmongTheGoldLady.

| I have short brown (now nearly all grey) hair with blond highlights. Every time I go to the hairdresser he seems to make it blonder! I'm hoping that maybe one day, I'll come out of there blond, blue eyes and a lot slimmer!!
