Today, I did the cardio for 15 minutes. What did you all do?
I like to print out the menus and follow them. I lost 50 lbs once doing that.The thing I learned from that is, that you have to keep doing it, can't stop. Make it a lifestyle change.
I have given up cake, cookies,pie, and candy for Lent. So far, so good...hehe 2 days.

How many days?
I am just starting today...Have eaten half of my breakfast, will have the yogurt later. I can't eat much at meals, then end up eating alot at nite, so must stretch my meals out some.
What did you have for breakfast?
I did some badly needed stretches today,too. I am so stiff from sitting around this winter, I need to feel better by Spring and getting outside once again.
