Dancing is great. That is what I ought to do. I did join the YMCA and as soon as it isnt so cold coming out I will go swimming again. I love to swim . have some leg problems with bad veins so swimming isnt so hard on my legs. But you are doing well with the dancing. Hilde and thanks for answering my post.

hi hilda, glad you are on your way. i think the hardest part for me is being consistent with the exercise. i take dance classes and that seems to be the only exercising i do regularly. i wish i could find other things i love as much. i try to do yoga for stretching but it seems to be hit and miss. shopping seems to be the only exercise i like almost as much as dancing

I am doing much better in choosing my food and now I need to work on portion control and the exercise. It is taking me so long to do something about the exercise. Everyone needs exercise I realy agree with that. Hope to conquer the emotional eating. Well till later hope everyone is doing well. hilde
