Welcome-- I've been here about a month, and enjoy all aspects of SparkPeople--
and I found my BP measuring thing under the bed yesterday and it's gone down significantly!

One of the main reasons that I'm dieting is to control my BP. It's worked great for me.
I'm really trying to cut down on sodium. The meal planner is a big help for this.

| I was browsing and found this site.I have been tring to lose some weight .I needed some good ideals.I also need lots of support.I have blood pressure problems and taking medicine and been dianose as diabetes 2 .My doctor said exercise and lose weight.So here i am .
