| You can also set it as a Fast Break Goal and get a point for it. It's one of mine. It just says to write in a journal. It doesn't say public or private. So I write in the private one.

| There is a private journal feature, too. Look on your MySpark page under Planner.

You can do that now in a community journal and get points for it, if you're ok with sharing your successes and failures with everyone else.
I agree though that it would be great to have a private journal that you are able to get points for as well!

How can we make recommendations to have something added to the spark point calcualtions.
I think journaling you daily thoughts, moods and overall view of yourself is a good thing to have. It hleps people determine when they look back why they did some of the things that did.
Would you remember in 2 weeks why you overate on one particular day?
